Capoeira-zh teaches capoeira in the Zurich area. all aspects of capoeira such as music, movement, fighting, acrobatics, as well as historical and cultural backgrounds are conveyed. the clearly structured and level-appropriate training is equally suitable for young and old. Beginners and advanced are encouraged in all areas of capoeira according to their level of knowledge and their physical condition. Nevertheless, capoeira-zh sees itself not only as a capoeira school, but also as a platform for beginners and capoeiristas who can exchange ideas with one another and further spread and develop this unique art.
