Capoeira Brasil New York, under the guidance of Mestre Caxias, practices a variation of Capoeira titled Capoeira Regional Contemporânea. Our style, derived from the movements and sequences defined by Mestre Bimba, reflect the evolutions and influences of the Mestres of Capoeira Brasil. Through Capoeira, we aim to improve the standard of living of all human beings by promoting sports programs and sports-related educational activities focusing on all aspects of Capoeira.
